At Dynamic Dental Services, we are committed to providing you with the best care. If you have insurance, we are anxious to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve these goals, we have established the following policies.
OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered, unless payment arrangements have been approved in advance by our staff. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
We will be happy to assist you in processing your insurance claim. However, we must emphasize as dental care providers that our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. While the filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date the services are rendered.
We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your insurance.
You must realize however, that:
- Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.
- Our fees are generally considered to fall within the acceptable range by most companies, and therefore are covered up to the maximum allowance by each carrier. The carrier will pay a percentage of the cost of a procedure; that percentage being determined by the contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.
- All services are not covered benefits in all insurance contracts.
We respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour advance notification for cancellation of appointments. Broken appointments and cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be assessed a $30.00 fee. We understand extraordinary circumstances do arise which are unavoidable, and these will certainly be taken into consideration.
